Bop censors allegations of rape to inmates

There was an issue about a magazine with an article about investigative journalism, and about how all the guards in Coleman prison were serious rapists, and generally criticizing the sexual abuse. The BOP banned Inmates from being able to see this. I would think inmates should know if the prisons hire a bunch of serial rapist and then failed to prosecute them as criminals and sex offenders.
