Federal inmate pleads guilty to weapons charge at FCI Beckley

He's not necessarily pleading guilty because he's guilty. There's nothing else you can plea. Chances are he was either filing lawsuits or turning states evidence on corrupt staff, and they simply planted the knife on him to get him more time in prison. Sadly, there is no due process or defense for inmates in America. This has to change. I would say there is a 50% chance he is completely innocent and about to get another five years in prison.
