Sending elderly Federal, Prisoners Home is the smart choice for taxpayers

It's not as if they are going to get in any more trouble. We have so many 90 year-old Federal Inmates that are dying being pushed around in wheelchairs. Do you know what the medical costs for the tax payers is for these people send them home and be compassionate
