US reps file bipartisan bill to try to bail out the BOP and save it from crumbling

This bill has to do with the devastating shortage of federal bureau of prison workers. They are trying desperately to save a broken system that needs to be ditched completely, and all the Prisoners set free. They will not be able to fix it. The corruption is too great.
